Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We have a 24-hour answering service for after hours calls and emergencies. We are located in Suite 35 of Cordova Square directly behind the Baskin-Robbins that faces Bayou Blvd.

Melissa Buchanan and Tina Longwell are the licensed community association managers. Tina and Wesley Chalk are also licensed real estate brokers. Either one of them will be glad to help with your questions or concerns.

We will be reconciling each account with the records forwarded from the previous management company. A statement of account balances will be sent to each owner for verification.
