Architectural Review Committee

Change Proposal Form

Use this on line form to iniate your proposed change with the Architectural Review Committee; follow up contact may be needed before the Committee renders a decision on your proposal.
 
As stated on the Marcus Pointe Homeowner’s Association Covenants and Architectural Guidelines, approval must be obtained from the Architectural Review Committee prior to construction of any structure within the development before any change is made to the exterior of the property.  Such changes include but are not limited to the construction of any structure (fences, playground equipment, pools, structural additions, etc.), painting a home a different color, removal of any trees, or major landscape changes.  Specifications should include a plot plan showing the nature, kind, shape, materials, colors and location on the lot.  Attach additional pages and paint chip samples as necessary.  You will be notified of the committee’s decision as soon as possible-in no case later than 30 days from receipt.  Samples and plot plan may be delivered to a committee member or picked up with a site visit:
